YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! So glad to hear he is recovering... I just got my "Pebbles" and she also did not want to eat, what worked for me was placing the chicken baby food on my arm as I held her she was licking it off. Don't know if the salt of my skin is what made her like the food more but she starting eating better.
