Little Elvis is 8 months old and right after he was groomed a few weeks ago I noticed that he has begun to lift his leg, but so far it doesn't seem to affect the pee stream, it still flows down onto the pad as before...guess he's not hiking at the right angle...hoping he never does, ha! I think he saw another male dog lifting the leg and he is mimicking him. I wished he hadn't learned that.  |
I have a big washable pee pad down then a disposable one in the center of that. I don't know why but he wants to go to the edge and when he lifts up that lil leg it goes on the pad some but it also goes on the carpet. He just started this a few days ago.
