Remember we are talking about a Lab. They can be pretty big as a puppy and a two month old is tiny. However, I do not think that a lab pup would just attack an infant that was in a swing. The only thought I have on that is possibly the baby was crying really hard and it spooked the pup. The shame of this is that the parents left a baby unattended and it resulted in two things 1. A baby dead and 2. a puppy in my opinion being unnecessarily put to sleep. I do not believe that the pup intentionally hurt this baby. Labs are not aggressive dogs they are playful dogs. Lastly, I do not believe that the parents or any adults were just in the next room. Elaine
I agree I dont think they were in the next room. Surely the baby made noise and they would have heard him. This is so sad. And their comments about spay and neutering were off the wall
