I don't know Vee, and I agree about leaving a baby alone in a swing or with dogs. The local speculation, because of the "looks" of the parents and grandma has been drug usage. Which is a wrong assumption, not everyone with blue or orange hair and tattoos are drug abusers, as well as, not all 17 year old moms are irresponsible and neglectful.
