Timmy marked everything in my home, at least he thought he did.. he had a belly band at all times when he had free run. After I got him neutered it automatically stopped but I knew that there was a chance that he wouldn't stop marking but he did...I got lucky! Now he has free run and doesn't need a belly band. He even squats when he goes potty (he's pad trained) but when he plays outside he'll hike his little legs up on a tree. Everyone makes fun of him when they see him squat...because he's a boy. Makes me mad but I rather have him squat then hike that little leg up in the house.

I think what you need to do is start all over with him. Keep him in a confined area when you're not able to watch him. Belly bands are not going to stop him from marking. Takes a little time & patience, once achieved everyone will be happy. I do however know how frustrated you are. Just keep calm, because they notice your frustration.
