Well, I'd require a little more information than that, but I wouldn't refuse you one just because you are 20 and living in an apartment, if that is what you mean.
I was raised around dogs all my life and would have been more than capable of providing one with the proper environment too at that age. But at the same time, I can look back at some of my friends who would have been the opposite at that age and would NOT have been good candidates to have a dog. (But heck, really the same could be said about older adults, right?) |
