It's from a neat little eco-blog called the Daily Green. DISCLAIMER: I haven't made it yet and when I do I won't follow the recipe exactly. For example I'm going to use fresh thyme and not use cumin and veggie broth instead of chicken. I'm making it tonight so I'll post how it turns out.
