It's not really fair to judge the topline while she's being groomed. Does her topline look good when she's on lead? Some will roach the top line while on the table as a response to rough grooming habits or just lack of confidence. Make judgments on her topline while she is somewhere that she feels confident. If she is on the floor and feeling confident and you still see the roach in her top line...it's a structure problem, judges don't miss that type of thing. Topline problems are not problems with the back, they are symptomatic of problems in another assembly, problems that will be apparent in the movement.
On the coat I don't see anything to worry about, she looks good for eight months of age.
