I am so very sorry for your loss. I lost my beloved little Teddy in April and I am still having a very difficult time. My husband, who didn't want any more animals, insisted that we get a new yorkie puppy. It's not that a new puppy will take away the pain or take the place of your sweet Sammy but it will keep you busy and give you someone new to love. My new puppy is the exact opposite of my Teddy but if it wouldn't be for her I think I would be crazy right now. I'm the one that spent $16000 trying to save him. I can't begin to tell you how much I loved him, he was my soul mate. Maybe a rescue that really needs you might help too. Anyway, whatever you decide I just wanted to tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. |
