I am not sure what they mean by "rear girth" but it is probably the measurement around their belly just in front of the rear legs?? One way you can do it without a measuring tape is to take a piece of string or yarn and put it around her and mark it, then measure the string on a ruler or yard stick.
Just curious, what kind of carseat asks for that measurement??
