Hey kiddo - hang in there. If you can prove that you do not get any type of financial assistance from your family then you can register as an independent student. It is a little more work but it does skirt you by the parent situation.
This is one of those times where you need to go in and talk to the Financial Aid Counselor and then fill out the FASFA.
