Yes, sadly for many people, this IS a reality in their world. Surely given the knowledge of global issues, you are aware of that? Your tone suggest that it is a mere fantasy to those of us who...what was the phrase, oh yeah..."who are so quick to spin out emotionally and slow to recover." If the site you created is the closest you ever come to such a serious issue, then consider yourself lucky. And that's not to say you haven't, just to state what is indicative by your tone.
Freedom of speech is something I both recognize and appreciate--that same freedom that give you the right to make jokes about any issue also allows others to express their feelings of distaste for them. But for the sake of "irony" and "humor," let me take a quick second to abuse MY freedom of speech: You've criticized members here for how people choose to 'give their life purpose,' and insulted their intelligence, yet you seem to have spent quite a considerable amount of time yourself wasting precious time composing a snazzy response and for what...? Kind of hypocritical, eh? But of course, I have a feeling that is the point that you are trying to hammer home here. Honestly, as inventive and entertaining as I normally find psycho-analytical, nonsensical anticdotes, I have to think that this time around, that 5 minutes would have been better utilized by watching paint dry...or creating a bogus website in the name of humor...or arguing with a bunch of forum members who I feel are below me intellectually...but who's to say how we should spend our time?
I'm actually pretty confident that the majority of the members here at YT are fully capable of knowing what can be taken seriously and what is nothing but a joke....otherwise I'm sure there'd have been alot more deleting and editing in this thread. But apparently even the mods here can appreciate everyone having a good dose of humor and a nice laugh now and then...
