Apparently, the nurses that said no, were not dog people, because if they had, they would've understood that our love for our babies is unconditional. Her baby needed to see her as much as she needed to see him... I cried when I read that, because that's exactly how we (my babies and I) would be. Good for you to keep asking and you fianlly got a nurse that understood. Thanks to the good nurse.. I'm a nurse and I know if someone ask me this, I'd do whatever it took to see that it was done, as long as everything was safe... No harm done in this case, only happiness..... My prayers are with you and your aunt and her baby......
