Usually if someone is advertising it like it's some special and rare quality, they are just trying to make as much money as possible, and they don't really know anything about the breeds they are selling.
They prey on the people that don't know a lot about the breed so they can make even more off of them, making them think that there is something "special" about the dog.
It's sad. Wish there was more that could be done to end things like this. Some people are just so cruel.
