Raffle tickets information is always posted as a "sticky" at the top of General Discussions Page, I know it's easy to overlook sticky's, but they often have new information posted in them. If you see a sticky marked in
bold lettering, it means you haven't read it, so get accustomed to looking for this bold lettering.
Here's a couple of threads that I know were posted regarding the raffle, there may have been others, but the best way to make sure you don't miss out on next years raffle, is to watch out for those sticky's.
