Yes, spaying can sometimes cause incontinence. However, I wouldn't worry too much just yet because she could be having accidents as a temporary result of recovering from surgery. Many dogs will have accidents a few days following surgery as they are fully waking up and recovering. Hopefully this is just temporary.
