Hi, I noticed the post and must say that although Mike does have many dogs-- it is certainly not 50. Also, the new name was probably because is under new ownership. Last time I spoke to him he was very ill, and looking to sell the business. I bought a maltese puppy from him about 3yrs ago, and came back last Summer to buy another maltese, this time a female. She is beautiful, when I bought her she was shaved (Adult) but had the most precious eyes. I returned again to buy a third maltese, this time she looked a little odd (Adult female) she was shaved as well-- but once the hair has grown it looks more like a Chihuahua mixed with Maltese.

Now, regarding the prices, I have to admit- it is not his fault that people are willing to pay so much for a furry new friend. Quality is not based on how much you pay. The first two I got great deals, but he did got me on the third dog... ah well. Sucker!

Tiger kennel is clean, super clean!

Have you ever seen pictures on the Kennels in Virginia??? the dogs are kept in metal crates -- feces is hosed out once a week - the dogs are malnourished. When a puppy is born with a congenital defect, they either kill it or sometimes keep it for future breeding. I will have to find the link to share the conditions of a puppymill. Tiger Kennel does not look anywhere close to to that. Let keep things in perspective. Yes they have many dogs, but whose fault is that?

Supply and Demand.
