It is really hard to understand the lack of communication to you by this breeder. I am so sorry for you, your family and Bailey. It is a shame that she seemed to find it no big deal to place your puppy in danger or other pets.

I hope that your vet supplies all the needed medical attention Bailey needs and he grows up to be strong and healthy.

Luckily not all breeders act like this...
