Default YorkieTalk has RAISED $3600 for United Yorkie Rescue (2008)!

Congratulations YorkieTalk members! We have raised a total of $3600.00 for United Yorkie Rescue!!! That's more than double our 2007 total of $1600, and well above our goal of $2000!

United Yorkie Rescue

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and THANK YOU!!!

There were a total of 698 Raffle Tickets sold (barring any mistakes on our part), for a total of $3490.00 and there were additional financial donations totalling $55.00, for a total of $3545.00. YorkieTalk has bumped up this amount to an even $3600. The total Paypal fees incurred (which YorkieTalk covered) were $148.80.

Each and every penny of your Raffle Ticket purchase or donation is going to go directly to United Yorkie Rescue! We will be getting a cashier's check this week and mailing it off to United Yorkie Rescue. Pictures will be provided.

We will be announcing the Raffle winners this Wednesday afternoon! We will provide more details on Wednesday!

We would especially like to thank three very special ladies of YorkieTalk, they would be peanut, Gracie2006, and yml, who each purchased $275 worth of Raffle Tickets and challenged one another to raise the most for this wonderful cause! We couldn't have done it with you three!

Also, we would like to thank Betty'sMom, La_Man, and Chel for their Raffle Ticket purchases.

Thank you to everyone that contributed, whether it be by buying Raffle Tickets or donating prizes or both, as there would be no raffle without prizes! With over 50 prizes now, these members also contributed greatly to this UYR 2008 Raffle!

United Yorkie Rescue is also currently looking for foster Moms and foster Dads, if you are interested, please contact them directly at their Web site:
