How sad! I hope the Shih Tzu is ok. I think the owner had every right to shoot the dog. I also agree that the Boxer's owners should be made to pay her medical bills. Now maybe everyone in your neighborhood will think twice about letting a dog run loose. We have leash laws where I live and not many will abide by them. |
