I use organic natural peanut butter but I never fill it up. Always just spread a little on the inside and at the bottom. Feel that there are too many extra calories if I fill it up. Since I use so little it messy. I get the soft Kongs and my babies spend hours chewing on those things trying to get the peanut butter from the bottom. They actually do clean all of it out in the end. Amazing how those little tongues can reach so far.
