Welcome to YT!! My experience has been that dogs are usually allowed on patios. But the stroller might be handy while sitting on the patio too. I would put up a gate to confine them while you are out. I just returned from a vacation in a large home in the Black Hills and certainly did not want my 2 running around the house when I couldn't keep my eyes on them
