I would think the street fairs that happen yearly, like on Broadway or University Way, would allow dogs, since it's all on the sidewalk and "public" property. I'm pretty sure all the events at the Seattle Center, like Bumbershoot and the arts festivals all allow dogs. There were a ton of dogs of all kinds last weekend at Bite of Seattle at the Seattle Center.

Do you ever go to the Seattle or Eastside Yorkie Meetups that occur monthly?
When and where is the Eastside meetup?
