I agree that dog tags are important - but we had a collar scare when Bailey was younger (she got her mouth caught in the collar). That's an episode that I don't want repeated. I will never use a buckle collar - only the snap kind for easy release are used in this house now. Also, collars are not to be used in the ex-pen for safety purposes.
So, Bailey doesn't wear a collar unless supervised. Kinda defeats the purpose, huh?
