Mine always calls me within an hour to let me know she's done. If I'm running errands she'll keep her untill I make it back. I don't like leaving roxie too long, she has a bit of seperation anxiety. So it bothers me she's sitting there worrying if I'm coming back or not. She spends the rest of the day pouting that I left her there!!
I like my groomer and feel as if roxies safe and good hands. She gives me a report and it's always good. Plus like I said in my previous post, she doesn't even answer the phone while grooming.
