Nutri-cal contains 20 calories per tsp, so if the pup was getting too much of it, she could have been full. The only thing that worries me is the lethargy and shaking and head pressing.

Yeah, I was worried about all the Nurti-cal too. Giving that many different foods in the first few days home might be bad as well. Hope you find out what the problem is, I'm praying all goes well.
