Lola was looking thin also after her litter and she was eating canned Puppy food but it would take her the whole day for her to eat 1 cup of food. It took her some time and I even used to feed her out of my hand for about a week.
Now she's been eating about a cup or more of puppy canned food plus about 3/4 cup-1 cup of Eukanuba petite food... She seems much thicker .Plus I give her 1/2 baby tums twice a day. Recommended by the vet. For the first 10 days I think ,I used to give her Post Whelp Pudding twice a day (about 3oz each bowl)
