OMG I'm just sooo sorry for your loss.I lost 2 puppies in a litter of three. Also had a emergency c-section. One was already dead and the 2nd was too weak and was resucitated once but died like 15 min later.
It hurt pretty bad when I got the news at the hospital. But I was spared the site of dead puppies in my hands.I didn't ask and want to ask to see the puppies that had passed.
I am glad you got her to the hospital and was able to save her life which is the most important thing.She will bounce back in no time and you can be back to spoiling her rotten! Give her lots of kisses from our little gang in Florida.
