We use the Cool and Clear that goes in their water. It cleaned up all the plaque on their teeth and they all have sweet breath now.
It has a minty smell.
Kissy had 6 years of build up on her teeth but they are all sparkly white again.
I know a lot brush their baby's teeth but i never have. Kissy's head is too round to hold on to!
