yes, it was a young female under the age of 6 months. they just updated and said that the time frame was between 11 pm and midnight of the night of July 24. The dog was thrown from an over pass then hit by a car. If this person if you want to call him that or people are capable of such a violent act imagine what he / she or they may one day do to an innocent child. this has been so heartbreaking - it is so close to where I live. E.
