My boy "Harry" who is about 7 months old just does not "Pop up his Ears".

Can it be possible I have one who is just droopy now and later he will perk up?

Our mixed Minpin Roscoe who is Harry's buddy is rather up set also!

Is there Hope he will have errect ears?
