Hi .... I know how you feel... I am Greek with dark hair and light skin. In the winter I am very pale but I do tan in the summer time. I opted to go the Laser route on my bikini line and underarm area and I'll tell you I haven't shaved those areas in years. It is like there was never hair there and no spots or dots showing under the skin. It is truly amazing!! I think I needed three visits on each area but it was well worth it. I can tolerate pain if it is for beauty. You can also use Emla cream before your treatment (to numb the area).
