Awww yall put a smile on my face after a really really sucky day! Our hospital was 17 nurses short today
One of my nurses just didnt come in..and said oh yeah i over slept and took some medicine..yeah i dont think i am coming in!! This was 30 min after she should have been there. If she had called in when she took the medicine they may have been able to call someone else in
The day just got worse from there on out! We have 1250 patients and in the big scheme of things 17 nurses short..well it could have been worse.
so thanks for lifting my spirits!
I am whooped and have to do it again tomorrow...SOOOOOO I am off to bed.
So if any of you are thinking about a career change and would like to become a nurse...we need you!!!
