Bailey was potty trained to go outside. Except for the hardwoods in the kitchen and entry way, our house is fully carpeted. While potty training, I laid down blankets to cover the carpet - so I could wash them. After she was potty trained, I picked up the blankets.

So, it seems if your baby is pee-pad trained - then I would lay down some old blankets - just to test her - then continue to potty train until she understands that its the pee pad and nothing else! Start in a single room so you can watch her and then correct the mistakes. Slowly give her more freedom as it is earned.

Be consistent and watch, watch, watch until fully potty trained.
