This is specifically for dogs with liver problems. If you cannot get a prescription, then I would recommend getting Natural Balance Vegetarian in the meantime.

What meds did they give you for the pain? Most pain meds are not appropriate for those with compromised livers.
Does she act strange after meals or is it all the time?
