I've gotten so I'm afraid to take Maxwell on walks and he LOVES walks. I'm always looking ahead in case I have to put him into a mailbox or garbage can if a big dog comes along. Sometimes even if they are on a leash, they can pull hard and get your dog anyway.
It does not make for a "healthy" outing if I'm a nervous nelly.
What about that zapper? Is it a legal device? Have you had to use it?
