omg thats terrible those poor dogs cant they appeal the people who fostered those dogs must have some rights to appeal maybe if the woman was asked to pay all the fees and money spent looking after and bringing back to good health she may have a change of heart how can they give her back 60 dogs that is too many to care for i wuldnt give her one back infact id put her in a cage and starve her of affection sorry to rant a bit but how on earth can they justify returning 60 dogs to her does she have the staff to care for 60 dogs ? |
