Everybodies different... I think that they are cute either way. However, it has been my recent experience that at 14 weeks old KrissieBella had one ear that lopped and one straight up. I had the groomer trim her ears (in case it was the hair). I didn't have to tape her ears (where sometimes it is necessary), but I would find myself folding her ear and holding it when we would sit around together. One week later....both ears are straight up. She is a baby doll!~
I have read that during the teething process their ears will sometimes go from a standing position to a lopped position. They can change either way. I would give her baby some extra time, they will pop up over night. There is sometimes the condition that their cartilage is too thick and that can weigh their ears down permanently, but they are still adorable!!
