If you are feeding homecooked, you have to supplement. It is absolutely not an option if you want the diet balanced. Dogs require tons of calcium and you would have to feed an extreme amount of food per day to even come close to all the other vitamins a dog needs.
I am sorry though because I would have no idea what to do.
