Both my Misty's parents had floppy ears. I was concerned because I like the ears straight up. They were very thin, and I thought it might be a lost cause. I tried the different methods on the net, but the most successful was to shave the tops, then fold them in half and tape them with scotch tape. It is easier to take off, and works far better then just taping them up with them open. Wait about four days, take off, and if still drooping, tape again. It took me a lot of trys to get them to stay up. If just one droops again, just tape that one. She now has nice straight up ears!
