 Lab Attack...
Man are you lucky. We have a wee one and a lab .. our lab attacked the little one like that last year ... she punctured her trachea ... we nearly lost her. I now maintain a home divided.
Anyway, I think it is absolutely necessary that you march over to that neighbor and demand she leash those dogs. It is certain to happen again. Check your local code inforcement ... you are likely to discover there are codes requiring dogs to be leashed.
Please follow up before either you or somebody else is not quite so lucky next time ... and make no mistake, there will be a next time. Believe it, were that me, that neighbor may want to move by the time I got done with her.
