Haruka and I have tried several airlines.. if they let you bring your yorkie to the cabin... it is all the same to me.. but price can be different. That is how we usually pick. And of course we have to look at the destination. If the airline doesn't fly there.. then... you might want to try other etc...
I personally think that charges are just so crazy!
