Yes anyone can apply to be a foster parent. All that you would need to do is put in an application so we can process your application. You will than receive a phone call and have a phone interview, we will do a reference/vet check and home visit. If you have kids or even a larger pup please don't shy away, we approve adopters/fosters on a case by case bases.
