I find the sensation harness is the best- A trainer told me about it and said it was better than the gentle lead- you can order it online. Keoki was the worst walker and the minute I put that harness on he was like a different dog!!! I really like it but you have to keep an eye on them because they have a tendency to stretch so you always have to check that they are tight before you put them on. There are no concerns with the trachea and the sensation harness
