Yes they are called Step In harnesses. I had gotten one for my Jeter when i first got him and I love it. As soon as I put the deposits down on my new lil boy Axl and lil girl Yumi Yasha I went and got them their step in harness. I like that it does not even touch my puppy's neck, its around the chest area and it goes on much like you put a bra on.. that is the best way I can describe how it goes on.
