Poor thing...I hate seeing Yorkies like this needing homes !
2 of my 4 are from other homes before they came here, and I would say to anyone...GO RESCUE THAT BUNDLE OF GRATEFULNESS AND LOVE ! 
It's well worth the effort, time and patience to see how they blossom !
