I've always had the Home Again chip for my dogs and I have never had to update anything. That is very strange. Don't give out any information. Call the Vet. who put the chip in and ask what's going on. Maybe call the Home Again # on your records and ask them why you have to update anything. This is very, very strange. Be careful.
