A regular blood panel is not nearly as sensitive to liver function as a bile acid test. It won't necessarily show any issues until the liver is quite damaged. Make sure no vaccinations or meds including heartworm and flea are given within 2 weeks of doing another BAT.
Those numbers sound pretty good. The 36 is a little off, but not enough to worry too much. My recommendation would be to re-test in a couple of months to make sure.
