Is my vote. I was raised that If I had nothing nice to say then I should not say anything at all. I don't like my feelings to be hurt so I would not intentionally hurt others by cruel words. I do have the right to speak, yes of course I do, BUT with those rights should follow respect.
Just because I DISagree with someone, does not give me the right to DISrespect them even though I have the right to speak my mind.
Along with rights should come responsibility and respect.
