It sickens me , to know that the nasty woman is getting 60 dogs back. Because the law was not followed to a tee? It was an emergency, they could not leave the animals one more day in those conditions. It is disgusting and feels my heart with anger. I will email the propper authorites and protest the return of these animals. It saddens me to realise the animals have no rights, and are easily placed back in the same horrific conditions. How can they sleep at night?
